6% p.a. interest rate & payment structure

The payment structure preserves liquidity. 20% is payable upon signing of the contract and a further 30% gradually during the construction phase. Finally, 50% is payable upon completion. Down payments via the regular payment plan receive an interest rate of 6% p.a. until completion. Accrued interest will be applied to the final purchase price.
